More than 100 new excursions for passengers to experience in Europe have been announced by Princess Cruises
The additional options now take the cruise line's selection of offerings to a total of 849 in Europe.
Tours range from sailing expeditions in Scandinavia to pasta parties in the Mediterranean as well as new iPod-guided walking tours in cities throughout Europe.
"We are always on the lookout for new and intriguing experiences for our passengers throughout the world and this summer's European season is no exception," said Jan Swartz, senior vice-president of Princess Cruises
She added that the offerings should appeal to a range of travellers, including "sports fans" and "gourmets".
Some of the more original tours include: Exploring Stockholm by Rooftop: Hunt for Treasure in Dubrovnik and Naples, Finnish Icebreakers, The Concorde Experience in Scotland and Swedish Fairytales, specifically designed for children.
