Orchestra ship has arrived in Fort Lauderdale ahead of its inaugural Caribbean season.
The 2,550-passenger Orchestra was launched last year and is one of the newest vessels in the cruise line's fleet.
Speaking last week, Richard E Sasso, president and chief executive of the cruise line, said MSC was excited to be bringing the ship to the Caribbean.
"It is an elegant ship in every respect spectacular public areas, and a wealth of choices for dining, entertainment and activities, all with a style that epitomises MSC Cruises," he commented.
The Orchestra will be the largest of MSC's ships to sail in Caribbean waters and will embark on a series of seven-night alternating trips.
Among other things the ship is home to the only Chinese restaurant at sea and a luxury health spa.
Other ships in the MSC fleet include the MSC Armonia
, MSC Musica
and MSC Poesia
