Following on from last week's P&O price promise announcement, Fred. Olsen have followed suit by launching their own.
The Fred. Olsen Price Pledge
The price pledge guarantees early bookers the best value onboard their cruise, as Fred. Olsen will reimburse the difference, if the price of the cruise drops after purchase. This will be either from one — or a combination — of a cabin upgrade, onboard credit, or a cash refund. It’s a brave move from the cruise line and ensures that early bookers receive the best benefits and prices available.
The reimbursement is at the discretion of Fred. Olsen and the cruise line will contact all affected passengers about their refund (or upgrade) before the cruise departs — meaning you won't have to price watch after you book! The price promise is applicable for cruises booked between 20th July and 30th September 2012 — and departing from 6th April 2013 — there are a few exceptions, which include world cruises, world cruise sectors and a Fred Olsen charter.
If that wasn't enough, following on from the success of Fred. Olsen's all-inclusive Canary Islands cruises, the cruise line have announced plans to extend (and expand) the offer.
The first 100 passengers to book on any of the applicable price pledge cruises, from the 2013/14 World Cruises brochure, will receive a FREE all-inclusive upgrade to their cruise! Passengers must book before 30th September 2012 and the full terms of the offer will be available shortly.
The all-inclusive package includes house beers, wines and soft drinks, giving you one less thing to worry about onboard your cruise. Premium products, the boutique and shore excursions however, are not included.
Fred. Olsen really have gone for the WOW factor combining these two great deals. No more hearing how cheap last minute bookers got their cruise, well, not without telling them about your free-upgrade and free all-inclusive bar tab, anyway!
Check out all the great Fred. Olsen Price Promise deals for yourself.
