has scooped yet another prestigious travel award.
The cruise line, which is still riding high after the launch of its latest vessel, has been named as the nation's favourite at the Telegraph Travel Awards 2008.
"Despite the industry entering rough waters in recent weeks after years of sustained growth, the cruise line is in bullish mood. Perhaps this is because the grass is always greener on its new 1,200-berth ship, Solstice," said travel writer Charles Starmer-Smith
Furthermore, despite the current economic climate, Celebrity said it expects to double its sales in the coming years, following a decision to base one of its ships in the UK from 2010.
This is the second accolade the cruise line has won in recent times, having also won a Conde Nast Traveller Award this year.
Vessels currently operated by Celebrity Cruises include the Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Infinity.
