Acclaimed cruise company Celebrity
is preparing for its third anniversary down under with a range of packages to help passengers make the most of the kangaroo country. Celebrity Cruises
will offer 14 sailings in Australia/New Zealand, as well as Hawaii and the South Pacific, over the winter of 2009-10.
To toast the three-year landmark, the company has added five new ports to the regular itinerary - and will now call at Vila, Vanuata; Apia, Samoa; Pago Pago, American Samoa; Noumea, New Caledonia; and Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand.
As well as the new dock delights, guests will have the opportunity to explore further inland too, with tours taking in Sydney, the Pearl Harbour military base in Honolulu and a wineries experience in New Zealand.
All sailings are scheduled to take place on Celebrity's 2,038-passenger vessel Millennium. Celebrity Cruises
was launched in 1989 and currently sails in Alaska, Australia/New Zealand, California, Canada/New England, the Caribbean, Europe, Galapagos Islands, Hawaii, the Pacific Coast, Panama Canal and South America.
