The Carnival Conquest
re-entered service last week following an extensive makeover.
Improvements were made to the ship's children's facilities and a number of balconies were added to some of the existing ocean-view staterooms.
A new Circle Club for children has been created, as part of Carnival's programme aimed at 12 to 14-year-olds.
"The centre includes a high-tech sound and lighting system, plasma screen TVs displaying movies and music videos, a touch-screen jukebox and gaming pods with the latest video games and consoles," the cruise line said.
A 'Seaside Theatre' has also been added, with a 270-square-foot LED screen that will be used to show movies, concerts and major sporting events.
The Carnival Conquest currently operates seven-day sailings around the western Caribbean, calling at destinations including Montego Bay and Key West.
Other ships in the Carnival Cruises
fleet include Carnival Pride
, Carnival Destiny
and Carnival Spirit
