The Norwegian Dream cruise ship was built in 1992 and originally sailed under the name of the Dreamward. After joining NCL and receiving a refit in 1998, which lengthened the hull to 754 feet, the Norwegian Dream has gone on to provide an amazing choice of family cruises with large cabin spaces. Norwegian Dream is not the largest amongst her sister ships such as Norwegian Jewel or Norwegian Jade and sails with a weight of 50,764 tonnes. |

Norwegian Dream Kid's ClubsTravelling with children should never provide difficulties, no more so does this apply than with a family cruise with Norwegian Dream. Children are looked after in exciting kids clubs that cater for ages 2 right through to 17 year olds. A range of engaging activities and sports are on hand to keep the little ones entertained, leaving you free to soak up fabulous sunsets and amazing views. Junior sailors provide 2 to 5 year olds with activities such as treasure hunts and painting, whilst 6 to 9 year olds at the First Mates club can expect movies and story telling. Navigators is a children’s club aimed at 10 to 12 year olds and packs in parties, scavenger hunts and video games. Older children are invited to be apart of Teens Crew the 13 to 17 year old club which has discos, sports and activities and video games. This is a cruise ship where you are encouraged to have a cruise your way, dining when you want, having fun when you want and relaxing when you want. The only thing Norwegian Dream does is provide the options. |
