Summary: Returned recently from a cruise on Voyager which took us around the UK. The ship was lovely, just the right size, approx 550 passengers. We had a junior suite on deck 6 which was very comfortable. Most of the crew were Filipino - such lovely people who are always cheerful and work so hard.

Food was delicious. I could go on and on but just wanted to say what a lovely time we had. Already saving up for another cruise aboard Voyager.

Summary: The big positive is a smaller ship so more friendly. The food is better than average and the staff are as good as you will find anywhere. The things you should know start with the generator plonked on the back of the ship, this was installed a few cruises ago when they ran out of power don't go anywhere near the stern if you want sleep. The only person you are allowed to talk to about a move is the Upgrades Manager and you must have your wallet ready before she will talk to you.

Customer service is worse than most cruise lines who will meet you half way. These people see you at fault, you made the booking. Excursions are not the usual rip off, on Voyages of Discovery expect a mega rip off, nearly £200 for a full day. Small ship that has had many owners.
