Summary: We were on the Chistmas cruise MSC Opera to Anakao-Madagascar and Portuguese Islands. First of all I have to compliment the chefs onboard. The food was outstanding. A real feast - Thank you for all the effort and very hard work.
Then to doctor Visnja Jevic- thank you very much for your assistance when my husband Thomas became ill with a stomach virus. We really appreciate your and your assistance Maria's help. We in South Africa would love to have doctors like you here! All the crew on the ship work very hard to keep the guests happy. Thank you all for a memorable time.
All of you help to make my 50th birthday an unforgettable experience! Best wishes to all of you! Thomas and Helena Pienaar. Cabin 12011.

Summary: Had a fantastic cruise on MSC Opera in Aug 2012. We also read previous reviews of the Opera and thought the worst, but it was actually fantastic. Typical English people on the ship that moaned about everything, but we couldn't fault it at all and we will definately return to an MSC cruise in the future. We really enjoyed it and we cruised with our children who are 7 and 3 and they enjoyed it too.
Thanks MSC for a wonderfull holiday.
