Mediterranean Autumn, 2nd November 2010

I was on board the MSC Melody for the transatlantic cruise from Brazil to Italy on 13th – 27th Mar 2010. I found the staff very friendly and the cabins were a good size and very clean. I, being a single traveller and a pensioner, expected a small cabin, but I had a very comfortable double bed. There was a great variety of workshops, exercises and games. The time passed so quickly. We had an initiation ceremony as we crossed the meridian, great fun and games. A choice of restaurants for breakfast & lunch, and a 7 course evening meal. The entertainment was varied and excellent. The whole ship was very clean. Unfortunately not all the passengers found using the hand dispenser a necessity, but not the crews fault. MSC for me, I'll be back for the next transatlantic.
