Fantastic entertainment the celebrity dance couple Kevin and Gabriella were amazing.

Really good value and very good itinerary.

We weren’t sure what to expect but we weren’t disappointed. Everything was well organised and thought out. There was a nice, relaxed atmosphere on board and the ship was clean and attractive with everything you might want for a week’s cruise. The food was good quality and in the waiter served restaurants, nicely presented with portions that were elegant rather than greedy. Entertainment was superb with the dancers and singers performing to a very high standard and an interesting programme of shows . Good selection of excursions, even by bicycle which we enjoyed. Best part was the attentive, polite and hard working staff. They really went above and beyond.

Excellent cruise from flight to flight; fully organised excellent food entertainment service etc could not fault a thing. The showteam were amazing and work so hard. Davey the cruise director was excellent the variety of food and restaurants were first class would definately recommend and go again with Marella.

Great ship, fantastic crew, good food, plenty to drink. A great cruise enjoyed immensely by my wife and I.

First time on a cruise and the Marella Discovery 2 was perfect. Ship spotlessly clean, with staff continually cleaning; staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful; had outside cabin which was as spacious as expected with much more storage for clothes than expected; bed comfortable; cabin cleaned daily to a high standard; good quality food in both the buffet restaurant and the free a la carte restaurants; evening theatre shows excellent, although special guests not as good as the ship’s in-house performers; the professional ballroom/latin dancers (Gabriela and Kevin) were exceptional, absolutely fantastic; excursions excellent with very knowledgeable guides; relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend a Marella cruise and would go on another Marella cruise.

First time with Discovery 2 and on a family cruise. As with all Marella ships staff were brilliant, friendly and polite. Cleanliness was perfect. Excursions were very good and we did 3. Dining was a little hit and miss with some really nice food and other times lacking, especially desserts. Speciality dining (paid for) is a must with a good choice of restaurants. The new entertainment group who had just joined the ship were excellent and put on some fantastic shows. Embarkation and disembarkation was trouble free. Will definitely will return to Marella cruises again but will stick with Adults only cruises.

Iglu were amazing from pricing up to booking and then giving us help when we needed it. The cruise had amazing food, entertainment and service.

Excellent cruise.

In comparison to a 7 night hotel stay, I'd say the cruise was 5 star and better. Very good service.
