Your Booking
Your Booking Acknowledgement is issued by Iglu.com Ltd. who acts as retail agents on behalf of the supplier with whom your booking has been made. Your reservation is subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions, and you are bound by these conditions. All details are subject to confirmation by the supplier.
Balances of Payments Due
Please note that balances of payments due must be received by Iglu.com no later than 12 weeks prior to departure. With World Voyages or Sectors thereof, monies will be required no later than 16 weeks in advance. We will levy a handling charge of 2.5% where payment is made by credit card, or 4% for American Express payments.
Cabins booked on a ‘Guarantee’ basis.
Many cruise companies offer a discounted rate for cabins booked on a ‘Guarantee’ basis. This means that the cruise line will allocate your cabin number either close to the date of the sailing or on the day itself. You will be guaranteed a minimum standard of cabin (indicated by the cabin grade), but you will not have any further say in your cabin allocation. We are not able to accept any special requests regarding the position of the cabin, cabin facilities or bed configuration. If you are travelling with others, there is no guarantee that cabins will be located close together or will be of the same grade.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be presented to Iglu.com Ltd in writing at: Customer Care, Iglu.com Ltd., 165 The Broadway, London, SW19 1NE or customercare@iglu.com. Once your cancellation has been received by us, it can take up to 24 hours to inform our suppliers and receive confirmation that a cancellation has been processed. Please bear this in mind when calculating your cancellation costs.
Iglu.com reserve the right to charge a £50.00 per person cancellation fee in addition to the charges outlined in the supplier's terms and conditions. Please note that the cancellation charges are based on the full booking value as shown on your supplier invoice. Any discounts offered by Iglu.com will be removed upon cancellation and will not be taken into account when calculating your cancellation fee.
Amendments
Where amendments to your booking are permitted by your supplier, Iglu.com reserve the right to charge a £10.00 fee per amendment on top of any charges levied by the supplier.
