I am travelling in less than a week and am yet to receive my tickets, what should I do?


If you are travelling within the week and you haven't received your tickets, please let us know by calling 020 8544 6403. We will be able to make appropriate arrangements with you.
 
In some circumstances, we may need to arrange 'ticket on departure' or collection at the port. We will provide full details and instruction should this be necessary.
