".. I have never booked a cruise until today and was recommended Iglu by a friend who had used the company twice. Terry answered the phone and answered my questions patiently and confidently. We had a good laugh at the same time as booking the holiday. I was so pleased with the price that I added in my parents to the party so we are now 3 generations travelling in the same party in August The call lasted well over an hour and only at the end did I find out that he should have finished a couple of hours ago but was tidying up a couple of things when the phone rang and he answered my call. We had a lovely time, the Shrangrila was out of this world a great start to any holiday. The Azamara Journey was a clean and very friendly ship not to big so you could find your way about easily and only one child. Food varied and good.

"I'm now back a week from the most amazing cruise on Azamara Journey. Thank you so much for setting up assistance etc. at airports and to and from ship. I've never experienced private transfers before and could not believe the quality of taxi service provided. I had only one small disappointment and that was in the Hotel Mercure in Nice because it didn't have a restaurant, only a basic room service. As a single with limited mobility I had to make use of this as, when I asked about restaurants, I was told the nearest restaurants were 3 blocks away. This would be my only thing for the team to think about when booking a single's hotel room. Otherwise, fantastic! Certainly I was recommending other singles to look up your website as so many seemed to have paid way in excess of what I had paid. It is so good to be able to find a 'singles 'price without having to make phone calls first. It would be good to see other cruise lines on the site. Keep up the good work and thanks again."

"Just wanted to say what a memorable cruise I had aboard the 'Marco Polo.' I had an amazing time! My first 'port of call' was Charlie Varrick - one of your sales team. He was really helpful and friendly and managed to get me a really good deal. He was always polite and helpful, so much so that I have recommended that a friend of mine contact Charlie as he too is interested in a Baltic cruise. I will definitely use your company again. Well done to all concerned. (I also spoke with a young man called Leigh - when Charlie was on a day off and he too was very helpful and polite). Young people often get 'bad press' but your sales team was a credit to your company. Well done & keep-up the good work."
