I was aboard the Diamond Princess in Northern Japan when all our travel plans were put on a back burner whilst we rode out the storm. Not once, but twice, the customer service people pulled out all the stops to get several passengers onto new flights back to the UK. When my son heard the news about the delay he was in UK, and on my behalf phoned Iglu who said they would be emailing all passengers involved. This is the first time that I have booked through Iglu and was slightly concerned that if anything went wrong we have problems with the package. The customer service was exceptional with Alise advising by telephone the up to date information and managing to book a replacement fight with British Airways in lieu of the Easy jet Flight we were previously using. "I'm now back a week from the most amazing cruise on Azamara Journey. Thank you so much for setting up assistance etc. at airports and to and from ship. I've never experienced private transfers before and could not believe the quality of taxi service provided. I had only one small disappointment and that was in the Hotel Mercure in Nice because it didn't have a restaurant, only a basic room service. As a single with limited mobility I had to make use of this as, when I asked about restaurants, I was told the nearest restaurants were 3 blocks away. This would be my only thing for the team to think about when booking a single's hotel room. Otherwise, fantastic! Certainly I was recommending other singles to look up your website as so many seemed to have paid way in excess of what I had paid. It is so good to be able to find a 'singles 'price without having to make phone calls first. It would be good to see other cruise lines on the site. Keep up the good work and thanks again."
