Statue of Liberty
The Statue of Liberty is an essential part of any trip to New York, providing fascinating insights into the history of this vibrant city. Given to the US from France in 1886, Lady Liberty is situated on Liberty Island, a short and scenic ferry ride from Battery Park, New York.
Central Park
Located in Manhattan, New York, Central Park is a classic part of the city’s history after first being approved in 1853. There’s no shortage of sightseeing and events to do all the family will love, from Central Park Zoo to the Alice in Wonderland sculpture.
Rockefeller Center

Brooklyn Bridge
As the world’s first steel-wire suspension bridge, the Brooklyn Bridge is a fantastic feat of the hard-work carried out in the late 1880s. A walk along this bridge takes approximately 25 minutes and is particularly stunning at sunset and sunrise.
Saint Patrick’s Cathedral
After first opening its doors in 1879, Saint Patrick’s Cathedral sees over five million visitors each year. The classic Gothic architecture is truly magnificent and features an organ with 9,000 pipes, over 4,000 stained-glass panels and beautiful sculptures.
Fifth Avenue
Located in Manhattan, Fifth Avenue boasts Museum Mile where visitors find the African Art Museum, Guggenheim Museum, the Met and more, while other landmarks include the Empire State building, the Rockefeller Observation Deck and Flatiron Building.
National September 11 Memorial and Museum
Located at the World Trade Centre site, the 9/11 Memorial and Museum commemorates the lives lost during the terrorist attacks in 1993 and 2001. The memorial consists of two reflecting pools, while the museum offers tours, exhibitions and multimedia displays.
New York Public Library
With nearly 6 million items (including books, e-books, audiobooks, music and films), the New York Public Library has no shortage of fascinating materials to discover. The main branch itself in Manhattan is a stunning New York landmark and a perfect photo opportunity.
Finger Lakes

DAY 4
Situated in South Carolina, Charleston is a characterful port city that dates back to 1670. Throughout it, you'll find picturesque cobbled streets, historic sites and quaint restaurants. There's even a beautiful French Quarter that's filled with bars and shops. Top attractions in Charleston include the Charleston City Market, the Joe Riley Waterfront Park and the Nathanial Russel House.

Charleston City Market
Housed in one of the most historic buildings in Charleston, the city market is not only home to the Confederate Museum but 100s of vendors selling a variety of artworks, crafts, jewellery, clothing and more.
Waterfront Park
Spanning an impressive 8 acres, the Joe Riley Waterfront Park is an award winning park that runs along the Cooper River. Featuring a large fountain, benches and beautiful plant life, exploring it makes for a wonderful afternoon activity.
Nathaniel Russel House
Built in the early 19th century by wealthy merchant Nathaniel Russel, the house is beautifully preserved and has an array of artefacts. One of the most prominent features of the large house is the huge spiral staircase.
Bimini
DAY 7
Beloved for its unspoiled, tropical beaches, Bimini is the ultimate place to relax during a cruise. However, alongside the sandy beaches with their turquoise waters and vast marine life, Bimini also boasts some fun attractions onshore including the Dolphin House Museum, and the fabled Fountain of Youth.

Radio Beach
Tranquil and picturesque, spending a day on Radio Beach in Bimini is a wonderful way to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the port. With tropical reefs, golden sands and a relaxed vibe, you can spend your time taking in the views or enjoying a swim in the crystal-clear waters.
Dolphin House Museum
Created in 1993, Bimini's Dolphin House Museum spans three storeys and was created using recycled materials by the prominent historian and author Ashely Saunders. A popular tourist attraction, it's a unique artistic structure that took inspiration from the wild dolphins that swim throughout the waters of Bimini.
Fountain of Youth
The fabled site of the Fountain of Youth, it was discovered by the native population in the 16th century. Explorer Juan Ponce de Leon tried to find the Fountain of Youth, but couldn't locate it on the island; instead leading to his discovery of Florida and the Gulf Stream.
Ocho Rios
DAY 9
Ochos Rios is a popular port town situated on the picturesque northern coast of Jamaica. Once a fishing village, it’s now a vibrant cruise port that’s full to the brim with hotels, restaurants, bars and more. Around the town there are also a number of natural attractions, including waterfalls and lush rainforests that you can explore during your time there. Top sights to see are the Dunn’s River Falls & Park, Turtle River Park and Ochos Rios Bay Beach.

Dunn's River Falls
From the giant staircase waterfalls to the surrounding rainforest, the Dunns River Falls & Park offers a unique tropical experience whilst in Ocho Rios. Considered to be a national treasure within easy reach of the port town, this beautiful attraction should be visited during your time there.
Turtle River Park
Spanning 3 hectares, this picturesque park features lush gardens, a playground for children and a pond that’s home to both turtles and fish. A welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the port, Turtle River Park is a lovely place to enjoy a picnic during a stop off in the town.
Beach
Another attraction you can enjoy during your time in the town is the Ocho Rios Bay Beach. A picturesque, white-sand beach offers the opportunity to relax under the shade of the palm trees or head out and enjoy some watersports.
Aruba
DAY 11
Situated north of Venezuela, Aruba is popular for ship wreck diving in the crystal clear ocean, walking the beaches and its gorgeous year-round weather. Palm Beach is a popular destination with visitors due to its beach resort boasting a bird sanctuary, butterfly farm and old Dutch windmill. On Aruba you’ll find a distinctly Dutch feel due to the island’s history along with a mix of French, English and the local Papiamento people.

Palm Beach
As well as a gorgeous beach, Palm Beach boasts an old Dutch Windmill ideal for a photo, a wonderful butterfly farm to be immersed in colour inside the jungle-like enclosure, and a bird sanctuary complete with observation tower for unrivalled views.
Bubali Bird Sanctuary
Take a trip up to the top of the observation tower for great views out over this wetlands nature reserve. Here, you’ll find up to eighty different species of migratory birds, from herons and pelicans to cormorants and falcons.
San Juan
DAY 13
Puerto Rico’s capital city, largest urban area and cultural hub, boasts a myriad of things to do, see and taste for a true sense of all Puerto Rico has to offer. In the old city you'll walk the cobbled streets of the colonial Spanish architecture as well as the impressive defensive works of El Morro and La Fortaleza, dominating the skyline and boasting equally stunning views out of the city and coastline themselves.

El Morro and La Fortaleza
Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, La Fortaleza was built between the 16th and 20th centuries with the aim of protecting the city of San Juan. It has been a fortress, a prison and a residence, and is open for visitors to explore during the day.
Castillo San Cristóbal
In San Juan, there is a fort called Castillo San Cristóbal. The Spanish constructed it to defend San Juan against land-based assaults. Part of the San Juan National Historic Site, it's arguably the greatest fortification erected by the Spanish in the New World.
The Poet's Passage
The writings of local poet Lady Lee Andrews are shown at this store, art gallery, and cafe. A lot of aspiring poets attend the regular open-mic sessions; making it a unique place to visit during a trip to San Juan.
Fort Lauderdale
DAY 16
As well as being one of the top global ports to start and finish your cruise, Fort Lauderdale has plenty to do either side of your ocean adventure. Why not take a trip to the Flamingo Gardens Wildlife Sanctuary, peruse some culture at the Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment District, or take a boat tour through the everglades and waterways as well as passing impressive Millionaires’ Row.
Things to do in Fort Lauderdale:
Flamingo Gardens Wildlife Sanctuary
This non-profit park area is the place to go for some tranquil downtime as you explore the serene waterfalls and pools that are home to brightly plumed flamingos. The gardens are also home to rescued wildlife such as other birds and reptiles as well as boasting some giant tree species.
Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment District
Covering a 22-block area, this exciting part of downtown offers plenty to see and do from Garand Opera House, History Center, Art Museum and plenty of dining options and evening entertainment just a short distance from the cruise terminals.
Bonnet House Museum
A beautiful and historic house in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the Bonnet House is included on the American National Register of Historic Places. It was built by prominent artist Frederic Clay Bartlett and has picturesque architecture and a botanical garden.
