When you register to join the MSC Cruises Voyagers Club be sure to mention any existing loyalty membership you hold with other leading travel reward programmes, you can receive 5% discount on any booking plus MSC Cruises status match could bump up your joining tier. Once you have registered and received confirmation of your membership with MSC Voyagers Club you will earn points each time you sail with MSC Cruises. The number of points you recieve will depend on which Experience Level you choose when you make your booking. MSC Cruises offer different levels which relate to the kind of holiday you want.
Experience Levels
Bella Experience
The opening level of cruising with MSC, Bella offers passengers comfortable and stylish cabins complete with basic amenities. As well as this, enjoy a fantastic choice of delicious dining options - including an extensive buffet - some great entertainment opportunities, access to the pool, gym, and sports facilities.
Fantastica Experience
At this level, guests will enjoy all of the above as well as some added extras. They can choose from higher-end cabins, have more flexibility when it comes to booking details - for instance name changes and even cancellations - 24 hour room service (for a fee), and discounted drinks package option available at the time of booking.
Aurea Experience
Passengers at this level will experience all the benefits of Fantastica, as well as more features which are designed to make your cruise that bit more relaxing. These include access to the peaceful sun deck, access to the thermal area and a Balinese massage. Guests will also receive a complimentary robe and slippers, a room diffuser, and enjoy priority boarding and luggage drop off.
MSC Yacht Club
Available on - MSC Preziosa, MSC Divina, MSC Splendida, MSC Fantasia, MSC Meraviglia, MSC Seaside, MSC Seaview, MSC Euribia and MSC World America - MSC Yacht Club introduces a whole new style of cruising. Guests at this level will have access to an exclusive area of the ship, including the One Sun Deck and Top Sail Lounge, where you can find a private pool, whirlpools, a stylish restaurant, and stunning panoramic views. Other features include a 24 hour butler and concierge, a premium drinks package, luxurious suites, private shopping opportunities, and even personalised shore excursions. Other ways in which you can earn MSC Voyager Club points include:
Pre-Paid onboard services Earn 100 points for every150€ you spend on packages and services for your cruise purchased before you cruise.
Onboard Expenses Earn 100 points for every 150€ spent onboard (excluding casino). Points are awarded to card holder paying the final balance.
