Originally built in 2000 for Renaissance Cruises, the renamed Azamara Quest weighs in at 30277 tonnes and is nearly 600ft long. The 710-passenger Azamara Quest has benefited from a revitalising Celebrity refit during her one-month drydock period, before embarking on her Celebrity Cruises inaugural voyage in October. As one of Celebrity Cruises' smaller vessels, the Azamara Quest is able to offer her guests a more exclusive cruise holiday experience with a highly personalised service. Each of Azamara Quest's glorious 355 staterooms are complemented by full butler and concierge services. In comparison to the many 'superliners' now cruising the oceans, namely those of Celebrity Cruises' parent company, Royal Caribbean Cruises, the Azamara Quest could be considered somewhat petite. Celebrity Cruises are happy to be extending this specialist division of their brand. Azamara Quest's smaller scale increases Celebrity Cruises' destination versatility, enabling guests to visit an exceptional range of premium destinations normally missed by the larger cruise ships. Azamara Quest's first sailings under the Celebrity Cruises banner took her to the Caribbean, with her 12 – 14 night itineraries featuring several exclusive, first-time ports of call such as Guadeloupe, Dominica, St Barts and the Turk & Caicos Islands. Azamara Quest then moved on to visit unique and exotic destinations around South America, including the Panama Canal, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Onboard the sophisticated Azamara Quest, guests are able to enjoy a variety of tantalising cuisine. Indulge and be inspired by the culinary artistry in the Azamara Quest's speciality restaurants or enjoy fresh, simple, healthy cuisine as you relax in the tranquil surroundings of Azamara Quest's AquaSpa Café. On this upscale, premium ship, Celebrity Cruises have added 32 new suites and incorporated 15 classes of accommodation. The Azamara Quest also benefits from many of Celebrity Cruises' signature features, including the AquaSpa with its exotic range of therapeutic treatments, the Martini Bar and the Online@Celebrity internet café to keep you in touch throughout your Azamara Quest voyage. |
