Recently returned from a trip to the Baltics including St Petersburg. Great destinations - all well worth the visit. Staff are generally very attentive. Food very good but could be a little warmer at times. Will certainly use Celebrity again and more than happy with ship. Only criticism is that there isn't enough internal space on sea days. Leaving from Southampton was a dream. Embarkation very efficient. Would also recommend Iglu cruise. All staff dealt with have been very professional and informative.

I would rate this ship very highly. It is in need of some TLC in places, but I understand that this will be done later in the year. The staff are as delightful as on Celebrity Eclipse.

Lovely ship and ports of call but we were disappointed with the range of activities offered on sea days. We also found that by having an "all inclusive drinks package" the service in the bars and lounges wasn't what it should have been.

Modern and stylish ship with a friendly crew

The cruise was good. The ship and it’s facilities, including the comfort of the staterooms, were good. The crew were helpful and professional. The itinerary was well put together with the ability for passengers to explore cities of stop overs adequately, though an extra night in St. Petersburg and excluding Helsinki would have been my personal preference. Entertainment on board was good and special mention is made of the cruise director, Sue Denning for her part in getting everyone “in the mood” as well as the ship’s orchestra and dance team who thrilled everyone with their performances. The food in the speciality restaurants was very good (we dined at Muranos, Quisine and Tuscan Grill) but came at an extra cost (not unreasonable as a package). However, there was little variety in the menus at the two restaurants where food was complementary- the Ocienview and the Grand Cuvee, which was disappointing. Either there should have been more variety or there should have been more “complimentary” restaurants made available to passengers who had veranda staterooms (which we had).

Having just returned from a 2week cruise on Celebroty Silhouette we must say it was one of the best cruises we have been on. We have sailed with a number of cruise lines, Celebrity included but this one was the best.The crew were excellent as was the food, and entertainment.

The ship is in need of some painting and upgrading. The moorings where a little way from the towns except for wanamunde. Unfortunately the weather was quite murky and coolinsh(not under the control of celebrity silhouette) Food was not too bad but the staff where great both stateroom and dining room.
