Just retuned from a 2 week Western Med cruise, this being the third trip on this ship in the last twelve months and facilities as good as ever. Special mention to Amber in Guest Relations for organising at very short notice a cake to be made for my Wife. Excellent service from Myo, Maxwell and Raul, the dining room staff who looked after us in the Curvee third floor restaurant. Caring help from the staff in the Qsine fifth floor restaurant (highly recommended ) especially the staff member who i understand comes from the Dominican Republic who helped with my wife wheel chair and tied my shoe lace !! i might add we are aged 85 and 83 respectively i am sorry not to have taken his name Thanks also to our cabin (6212) attendant Rusco , overall a nice experience good entertainment from Sue and staff. 

A very nice ship with a great crew. All of the staff were helpful and friendly - nothing too much trouble for them. Food and drink plentiful and of a high standard, Only criticisms _ no free wifi and very expensive should you choose to buy, poor quality toilet paper in cabins, we thought the gratuities expensive should you choose to pay them. However - overall - a wonderful cruise !

What an outstanding holiday. 14 night Baltic cruise in July. Weather was perfect, seas were calm. Ship is really lovely with loads to do for all ages. Food was delicious. Cabins very good; would’ve like a bit more room, but couldn’t afford a suite! Bathroom more spacious than P&O. The staff could not do enough for us, especially in the main dining room, where they were wonderful and reason alone to sail on this ship again. Two main criticisms of Celebrity (this being our first trip with them) - entertainment was not of a particularly high standard, apart from the main show on the last night, which was amazing, and the various bands (On Shuffle in particular) and musicians in the bars/ cafe, who were excellent. In addition, it seems like everything was geared towards paying out more on extras, like dining packages/drinks packages/photo packages, all of which were very expensive.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful From the fantastic support given by Simone at Iglu to the beautiful cruise ship, ports of call and fantastic staff, this has been a brilliant holiday Every destination was a treat (Bruge, Copenhagen,Stockholm, Helsinki, St Petersburg, Tallinn and Warnemünde) and are places that I would definitely go back to for a longer start. Already planning our next cruise!

Apart from bathroom towel and face cloths being old and discoloured there was very little to complain about. I look forward to sailing on the Silhouette again after she has her facelift.

So pleased you found us a lovely stateroom on Silhouette at such short notice after our Columbus trip was cancelled. Could not fault the organisation on board. The food was excellent with a wonderful choice, also where one could eat. We had table for 2 by the window for the evening meals with attentive waiters. We were not impressed after you suggested Cruising Excursions. The St Petersberg excursion was very good despite the crowds, but the others to Bruges, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Tallin were poor with large parties with 1 guide and no "whispers" so we could not hear what the guide was saying. They were however much cheaper than the Celebrity excursions. We were dismayed that in order just to be able to text our daughter we would have had to pay $199 for wi-fi on board. The only other complaint was the disembarkation. The ship allowed too many at once to pick up luggage, resulting in a dreadful scrum with people getting upset and nasty..it spoiled the homecoming. But all in all we had a wonderful holiday, thanks to you.

We found everything about the ship very nice, immaculately clean and all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The shows were brilliant and the food very good. The Cruise Director, Sue, was great larger than life character and very informative.

Despite the poor weather for the first week the cruise was excellent,the ports ,all docked,intresting.. The ship Sihouette comfortable but is shabby and could do with updating.It is very clean.The staff were polite and helpful, not very cheerful or chatty.

It was a cruise where ALL the staff made us feel like part of the family. If we could rate it higher than 6 we would

Baltic cruise for the second time. Celebrity have made a lot of cut backs in the cabins re toiletries provided. The menus were much thr same, and food quality not as expected for a supposedly 5 star cruise. Some staff were sullen and unhelpful on this sailing especially in the ocean view cafe and in the spa cafe. Guest speakers were very good.
