Ship was very well organised with a very friendly and attentive crew. Food was fantastic! This was our first cruise and I don't have any points of reference for comparison but some of the other people on board who had been on multiple cruises said that this ship (Reflection) compared well with Cunard which they had previously rated the best of their cruises. We had a very enjoyable experience and would heartily recommend IGLU who managed the booking process very well. Everything worked like clockwork from our flights with BA from Heathrow to the airport - hotel transfer in Rome, the hotel - cruise terminal transfer, embarkation and the entire 10 day voyage. Full marks! Although it is likely to be a while until we can afford another cruise, please keep us updated on all inclusive cruise offers as we found the package you booked us on with Celebrity was very good value for money and we would very much like to go on another one at some point in the future.

The ship was spacious, clean and bright, lots of deck areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in all the restaurants was outstanding.

Enjoyed this cruise. Only gave dining 4* as we felt menu in main restaurant didn’t vary very much. Cabin and balcony were clean and tidy. Staff all around the ship were friendly and helpful. Entertainment in theatre was a bit mixed but that was down to our own preferences - a juggler isn’t ‘our thing’! There seemed to be a lot of activities on board but we didn’t take part in any so didn’t feel I could comment. Excursions that we went on were fine but as is always the case they tend to be expensive, but we prefer to go on ship-organised trips. We like Celebrity and would certainly go on another cruise with it. Reflection isn’t one of the newer ships but we liked it as it isn’t overly glitzy and not mega big.

Great deal from Iglu Cruise, all flights, transfers and accommodation was faultless. Cruise and ship was great. I will definitley be using Iglu again in the future for cruise bookings.

Loved the ship, it was in great condition and spotless throughout. The crew were outstanding, friendly and efficient. Would sail on Reflection again in a heartbeat.

Celebrity were an excellent company. Ship, service, food and accommodation was all excellent. All the trips including hotels and transfers were of a high standard and we could not have been happier. Thank you to Iglu cruises.

Our first cruise and we loved it. Our cabin steward Nino was amazing. All the staff we so friendly and hardworking. All areas were clean. Food was very good. Good theatre shows.
