Australasia Cruises

From docking by the beautiful Sydney Opera House, to sailing through the majestic and awe inspiring Milford Sound, Australasia cruises are sure to supersede all previous expectations. There are deserted beaches, vibrant cities and towering peaks that are bound to impress even the most discerning traveller.

Australasia cruises cover a huge amount of countries, the two most popular destinations being Australia and New Zealand. There is much more to the region, however, including the islands of Western Samoa, Fiji, French Polynesia, Tonga, Papua New Guinea and many more. It's certainly an area that is often forgotten in regard to cruises, but it actually has some of the most wonderful scenery in the world and really shouldn't be missed.

Australasia Cruises - Holiday Destinations:

• Australia

Float into the stunning harbour of Sydney and curl up inside the city's cosy, friendly atmosphere. You have to catch a show at the incredible Opera House; the building is a genuinely remarkable piece of architecture and is a must-visit location. It doesn't end at Sydney, there's a huge history coursing through the country's veins, allowing you to dive into other wondrous ports of call, such as Melbourne and Tasmania.

• New Zealand

Kia ora! New Zealand is crammed with unique, curious areas all begging to be explored and has a rich history of Maori culture to uncover. Auckland is the largest city and is magnificent to simply wander through and shop as you soak up the easy-going, relaxed vibe. Wellington is another spectacular stop-off on Australasia cruises, being the capital and host to a series of art, music and film festivals.

• Elsewhere in Australasia

Beyond Australia and New Zealand there's the world's second largest island, New Guinea, with its intriguing, unexplored lands and multi-cultural society. Then there's Fiji, home to some of the most divine island coasts and the calm, relaxing city of Suva. Not forgetting Samoa with the fascinating capital of Apia and its luscious sands. One thing's for sure, no matter which of the Australasia cruises you choose, you'll be truly spoilt for choice.
