Summary: Just returned from our one leg of the world cruise, would have liked to have done the whole tour. Absolutely amazing! Forget the moaning "ten bob millionaires" it was fantastic. Great choices of food to suit any palate, polite & friendly service from all of the staff & every area spotlessly clean. The entertainment in the Palladium Theatre was professional, fun and there's so much to do onboard that you'll never be bored.

Well organised shore excursions which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would I book bet I would!

Summary: We went on the world cruise in 2010. It was what we always wanted to do. We had a mid ship balcony which was necessary as we could sit there whenever we needed. The only drawback was next door who smoked and it was not pleasant at times.

Believe this is banned now. Overall the cruise was excellent. Memorably waking up early on arrival in Sydney and seeing the Opera house in front of us and the bridge close by. Also the trip to Aqaba to see the loss city was amazing.

All excursions were well planned.. The one thing we disliked was on arrival back from a daytrip around 5pm there was no tea etc available as the areas were closed and shutters down ready for the early eaters at 6.30. Food generally was very good, except on the last sector Dubai to S'ton, when the portions were smaller and the selections not enticing. Were they using up what was left in the freezers? Waiters were very good, although we had one wine lady who had no idea at all about wine. We liked the entertainment, shows were excellent.

Some people did not keep to dress code, ie jackets and short sleeve shirts, but they were still allowed in restaurant. Some people said standards had dropped. There were always plenty of places to sit. There are those who got up early to get their special place , but this was ridiculous as there were loads of spaces to sunbathe.

We were in World Cruise and had two special lunches during the 3 months. We felt more should have been done, however we learned that there were double the amount than before, ie 600 people. So perhaps more cost cutting here? Overall we enjoyed our trip. Three months is not a long time when you have lots of places to look forward to and in pleasurable circumstances.
