The AmaDara is a Vietnamese ship that is yet to sail in
2015. It has a capacity of 124 passengers, and boasts an immense 12 suites and
2 luxury suites.
Being launched in 2015 as such a small ship may be surprising
to some, but there is no need for concern. Don’t let the AmaDara’s size fool you;
it still features a pool, hair salon, fitness room, and spa for utmost
AmaWaterways’ excellent gourmet dining is available at two
venues: Mekong Restaurant, or the Specialty restaurant. Both restaurants are
outstanding rooms complete with brilliantly comfortable furniture and attentive
staff to give you the best atmosphere and experience while dining. The Opera Restaurant offers a smaller and
quieter experience than the Symphony Restaurant.
Or if you are just looking to relax on the journey or
converse with your fellow guests, while enjoying a fine glass of wine, you can
look to the Saigon Lounge, which is in fact larger than the Mekong Restaurant. There
is always guaranteed to be enough space and more for you to get a view of
everything Vietnam and Cambodia have to offer.
Onboard, special highlights include folklore dances and music
performances, culture discussion forums, theme dinners and piano entertainment.
Looking to exercise or get a refreshing massage? The AmaDara
is equipped with a Fitness Room and professional Spa.
On the sun deck, there is a swimming pool for those who
favour aquatic relaxation to the pampering of the onboard spa.
