AmaDagio is a 150-passenger ship and the oldest of three
sisters, along with the AmaCello and AmaLegro. It is fitted with
marble-appointed bathrooms, Wi-Fi throughout the ship, and a lounge at the aft
of the ship where you can gather and socialise.
Built in the Netherlands in 2006,
the AmaLegro is decorated in an elegant gold and orange blend, with French
balconies in every stateroom, onboard Sauna and specialty coffee station.
AmaWaterways’ excellent gourmet dining is available at the
Main Restaurant, an outstanding room complete with brilliantly comfortable
furniture and attentive staff to give you the best atmosphere and experience
Another dining area available is the private and exclusive
Chef’s Table restaurant. For the travellers looking for a much more personal
and quiet experience, you can reserve seats at the Chef’s Table, where you are
personally served exceptional regional dishes by the ship’s finest chefs.
Or if you are just looking to relax on the journey or
converse with your fellow guests, while enjoying a fine glass of wine, you can
look to the Main Lounge & Bar above the Main Restaurant.
Each night, performers are brought on board to perform
unique and stunning acts, in the evening after dinner. In the Main Lounge,
there is a piano and dance floor where you can let yourself be soothed or
excited by the wonderful music on the ship.
Looking to exercise or get a refreshing massage? The AmaDagio
is equipped with a Fitness Room and professional Massage & Hair Salon.
Unlike some other cruise lines, Ama Waterways have equipped
each of their staterooms with a desk so that their passengers can browse the
Internet in privacy. There is however Wi-Fi available throughout the ship, for
those who wish to be mobile.
AmaWaterways also offers complimentary bicycles along with
bike tours, so if you wish to ride around the ports exploring different
landmarks and attractions, then ask a crew member.
On the sun deck, you can
find a Whirlpool for some aquatic relaxation or get some exercise on the sun
deck’s Walking Track.
