Iglu is financially secure and is a member of both ABTA and ATOL. Over the last 10 years, Iglu's organic growth has been achieved mainly through repeat business and word of mouth recommendations.
Any monies that you pay us where we are acting as agent are held on your behalf until your booking has been confirmed, at this point they will then be held on behalf of the operator/carrier concerned. Either way, with Iglu, your monies are 100% protected.
Flight inclusive packages where Iglu is the principal are financially protected by our substantial Air Travel Organisers Licence ATOL no 2987. All other Iglu holidays and cruises, where we are the principal but do not include a flight, are protected under our Association of British Travel Agents bond no: W3870.
The package holiday with flights, where we act as an agent for licensed tour operators are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority and the relevant ATOL number will be displayed on your Booking Acknowledgement. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.

Iglu's focus is on providing great customer service at best value. Iglu has over 100 professionals, who each have extensive knowledge of ski or cruise holidays and are committed to finding customers the holiday they are looking for at the price they want to pay.
Iglu Independence
Iglu is an independent company, not financially connected with any tour operator. This enables us to source holidays for customers from a fully independent viewpoint rather than offer in-house products as many high street travel agents do. For example, in ski, we work with over 130 UK ski tour operators, representing over 90% of the UK ski package holiday market - this enables us to select the most appropriate and best value holiday for you, the customer.
Security
Iglu is a venture-backed company with funds provided by Barclays Ventures, Geocapital and Sussex Place Investment Management. I just wanted to drop you a note to acknowledge the fantastic service received from
Debi regarding our upcoming honeymoon on the Norwegian Epic in October. During our phone conversations Debi went out of her way to give us the most accurate information on the ship and the cabins and to secure a cabin upgrade on our behalf. She correctly questioned the inaccurate information provided directly by the cruise company and worked before her shift start time to secure the last cabin in the category on our behalf.
Planning a wedding takes up so much time that my email to you is a little delayed, but I wanted to make sure I let you know how helpful Debi was to us and what a pleasure it was to deal with her. This is the second cruise we have booked through Iglu, mainly based on your prices which seem to beat the rest, but we now have been so impressed by the service this will be another reason to keep us coming back. -

Sohail - for taking the booking for our Mediterranean cruise on Balmoral in November.
Everything was perfect. The cabin was in an ideal position [center ship] bearing in mind the rough conditions in The Bay of Biscay and we were extremely pleased to find ourselves in the Avon Restaurant where the atmosphere was most pleasant and quieter then the larger restaurants.
We have cruised on a Fred Olsen ship before and it goes without saying that all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The itinerary was also perfect which was why we chose that cruise.Thank you again very much for making our holiday so enjoyable. Dorothy Smith -
Jan '10Just like to thank you for a wonderful cruise on the sea princess every think about it was just wonderful. I was a bit worried because my wife did not like the idea and as this was for our 20th wedding anniversary but there was no need to have worried because from the flights to transfers to and from the ship was so well organised the food was fabulous and the any time dining really suited us we also went on a number of shore excursions which were well worth the money the service on board was out standing the staff could not do enough for you. So once again a big thank you. Just one thing left to say as i was concerned about every think being just right i did pester you with a number of E-mails but these were always replied to efficiently and quickly so i would like to say a big thank you to Sohail and your customer services who are second to none. - Nov 09
We returned home on the 7th Nov after a wonderful cruise on the Celebrity Century to Italy booked through Iglu. (Dennis Anderson) I wish to thank you and all of Iglu staff that helped with my booking. The service was excellent. I shall reccommend Iglu to friends and family. It was a thoroughly enjoyable holiday from the Airport to the ship everybody we came in contact with were more than helpful. Just a couple of lines to say a big thankyou to Dennis Anderson for his assistance in organising our cruise on 26th September 2009.We had, what I can honestly say, was probably our best cruise to date. My wife and I would just like to say that we do travel quite a lot, and this year we have now booked our second cruise with yourselves. We would like to just say that your company is great and credit where credit is due. The first booking was really easy, and even though we had travelled with Princess before they could not offer the same price as yourselves. The booking yesterday was made with Pawel Jarzebowski for a P&O cruise in December, who was really helpful and explained all of our options very clearly, and did not make a meal out of it as so many companies do. - Aug 09

I want to thank you and your very efficient Ken Clarke for organising an excellent holiday cruise for me and my husband. In May, at my request, Ken found us the week on the Ventura, from Southampton, to cruise along the Norwegian Ffiords at a third the original price.
